Over the past years, China’s Dongguan Municipality government and people have been devoted to strengthening the long-run friendship and mutually beneficial cooperation between Tonga and Dongguan, and they’ve funded several public infrastructure projects such as the tourism roads and sidewalk in Nukualofa area as well as providing good-quality in-kind donations including agriculture machinery, medical equipment, water tanks, school equipment and stationary among other items.
